1 c. leftover rice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
-Combine rice, sugar, butter, salt, flavoring and nutmeg.
-Place mix into bread loaf pan (1.5 quart).
-Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring after 15 minutes and again when pudding is done.
-Then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
-Use flame to brown the top or place under broiler for a few minutes to brown.
