Anderson’s Flemish Crepes My favorite type of crepe. Add sour cream or fruit preserves and fold for a nice snack. Ingredients: 1/4 Bag of Flour (2 Pound Bag) 2 c. milk 2 eggs beaten Pinch Sea Salt 2 tbsp. oil 1/8 Cup Sugar Prep: -Mix all ingredients together in bowl. -Mix well, no lumps. Batter will be thin. Cook: -Butter or oil in large frying pan. -Put on ladle full and pour into hot pan to fill bottom of pan into a round circle. -Lift edge to see if brown then turn over and brown other side.
