Anderson’s Dutch Pancake
Baked goodness from the Dutch (Pannekoeken). Fruit, Whipped Cream, Bacon, and Ice Cream are all great toppings!
Ingredients:
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
Sprinkle of sea salt
Prep:
-Melt butter in 10 inch pie plate or iron skillet.
-Thoroughly beat together eggs, flour, milk and salt.
-Pour into pie plate/skillet.
Cook:
-Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
-When it quits popping out and turns golden brown it is ready.
